Returns & Damaged Items:
If your item has been damaged during shipping or has a defect we will make every effort to replace it. Please call us at 81-3-3423-6565 to arrange for a new item to be shipped out to you.
We understand that many of products need to be seen and touched to truly appreciate them. For purchases made online there is a 30 day return policy, from the date of shipment. Shipping cost is nonrefundable and and we do not provide return shipping.
*Please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received free shipping will be charged at the time of return.
Please ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging and we will credit your account as soon as we receive the item.
